Would a lender fund it?
About ten questions, three minutes. You get the Proof Note a credit committee would write: what is missing, which documents close it, and what fixing it costs.
- A companyExporters, factories, SMEs and mid-caps seeking green or DFI-backed finance, or selling to EU buyers.3 minutes
- A project or assetDevelopers, hotels, factories and building owners financing a green building, solar, or an equipment upgrade.3 minutes
- A financial institutionLeasing, microfinance, factoring, mortgage and consumer finance companies preparing for a DFI line or the regulator.3 minutes
Every Proof Note carries a seal drawn from your answers. Each arc of the outer band is one area: strong where you are ready, faint where the file has gaps.
Capital follows proof.
المال يتبع الإثبات.
Money moves toward what can be proven. Most good projects go unfinanced because nobody built the proof. This test is built by Omar Hamdy, an engineer who works on the lender's side of EBRD and IFC credit lines in Cairo. It asks what a credit committee asks, using the public standards it reads.
Every credential here does a job
The test is built on what I learned and then used. Here is where each credential works, at the desk and on this site.

|---|---|---|
| IFC EDGE Expert, ID EE-EGY-260126-3342 (2026) | Initiated a bank's EDGE programme; five branches certified EDGE Advanced. | Project test and the EDGE loans guide: thresholds, certificate stages, tranche timing. |
| MSc Business Analytics, grade A, Universiti Sains Malaysia | Dissertation: a machine learning approach to Paris alignment and climate risk in infrastructure portfolios. | Institution test: the Paris alignment question; the scoring method behind every test. |

| Certified Scrum Product Owner; ICAgile Agile Product Ownership; Google Project Management | Product owner of an ESMS build squad across six sprints, to board approval of the policy. | How engagements run: a backlog from your Proof Note, two-week sprints, a demo at each sprint end. |

Company test: permits and E&S management. |
| Certified GHG and Carbon Footprint Consultant (ISO 14064, ISO 20700) | Led the team that mapped a bank's CBAM-exposed book; led its PCAF membership and the data behind two years of financed emissions disclosure. | CBAM and PCAF guides; engagements scoped to ISO 20700, the guideline for management consultancy services. |
